Founder & CEO, Nally Ventures

Mike is a real estate development and construction entrepreneur with over 30 years’ experience in creating investment value. He brings high-level strategic perspective and deep expertise in all facets of mixed-use and residential master-planned resort communities. As a business innovator, he creates a winning formula for accelerated results, market-savvy business strategies and effective leadership.

He is also committed to developing the next generation of responsible leaders. Mike draws on his passion, military experiences, advanced education, and industry expertise to equip people at all levels of their organizations to lead others and reach their professional and personal goals.

Prior to forming Nally Ventures in 2003, Mike spent 15 years working in corporate and real estate environments, ascending to multiple corporate executive positions, including Executive Vice President, President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer.

Keith Fisher

With 20 years’ experience in architecture, Keith prides himself on creating unique designs and building value for his clients. As Principal, Keith is involved in the design and management of all projects, and sets schedules, priorities and goals. His varied experience allows him to bring in best practices from all market sectors and apply strategies to save time and money for his clients. He promotes an open, collaborative
design process for his team where ideas and insights are valued, and innovative projects are created. The team’s multidimensional approach means all members contribute their expertise while gaining valuable experience to bring to every project.
